Very mismanaged and unprofessional behaviour. I had paid for 1 premier room (2n) but at the time of check in they gave me lower category room stating premier rooms are not available. This lower category room was very dirty and pathetic. Avoid staying in this property.

Room hygeine: room was ok, but bedsheets were smelling, no dental kit or bathing soap was available in the toilet, towels were dirty. Service: worst. If i requested for any thing, like dental kit, i had to follow up multiple times to get it. If they say, they will check and call back, the call never comes. Only you have to call (multiple times)after waiting for hours for the call. The first ever hotel i saw who ask for money to provide iron kit. Even when it was mentioned under amenities included with the room package.

It is very near to koyambedu bus stand. Staff has received very politely. Ambience is good and got a complimentary breakfast. Food is good

The room size was big but absolutely no amenities in the room. No tea packets or sugar packets. Even the toiletries we had to request separately. We wanted the room only from early morning 4:00 am. We ah d booked the room from previosus day itself. To our surpise when we arrived at the room early morning 4:00 am, they told us that rooms were full and we had to wait for 30 kinutes. We started having an argument and after much delibration we got room at around 4:20 am. The complimentary breakfast was very ordinary. We ordered food i room service and it was very bad.

This is hotel is not good as recommended and shown. It’s terrible experience first day given two single bed adjacent to each other but all the mattress is just moving from bed. Ac was not working properly. There was so many of bedbugs and cockroaches inside room even mosquitoes are there. Next day i asked to change room got room change now here every time you go outside you have to asked someone for opening door. Hot water is not coming in bathroom. Even water bottle and coffee kit is not provided. Not at all happy with the service with hotel and facilities.

The 1st room i checked in had more than 10 cockroaches. After informing, they sprayed some medicines, but still there were cockroaches around. Later room was changed, but ac and hot water was not working. There were cockroaches in the other room too.
